Steamy Vermnot

It's Nationals time again in Vermont. Rude, Shultz and I made the 3 hr drive up yeserday. The course is a bit different from last year but virtually the same. Climb up the mountain on more fire roads and descent down on rough, rocky single track, repeat.

Tad Elliot won the U23 race yesterday, big congrats to him. I was pumped to see him come across the line first. They had a good race of 4 laps that took 1:40 something. We are only doing 4 laps tomorrow as well so it should be a short race. I'm not complaining since I typically struggle at the end of the race. Plus the least amount of times I have to ride down that bone jarring descent the better.

Here's a picture of the short track I did in Durango a few weeks ago. That's me and T-brown roosting the wild flowers

I am glad they kicked Rico out of the Tour. I hate that guy. He was so cocky saying how great he was, just goes to show what a tool he was. I find that about most people that tell you have great they are. I have been loving the Tour time though up here in Vermont plus now that the British Open is going on I'm glued to the TV all day.

I'm still debating on wether I'm going to run the fully or hard tail this weekend. Maybe I'll flip a coin in the morning.

Got to hang out with Guptil for a while today. He's heading out to Durango with his new lady next weekend for Wilk's wedding. First he has a little MTB National Championship to contest.

This blog is dragging on and I gotta go eat some vegetables.

I wonder what Megs' doing right now....
