I guess Durango isn't the only place getting blitzed with snow this year.
But when the temperatures are in the 60s and 70s I can deal with a little monotony. I'm starting to build up my hours on the bike, this week I'm breaking into the mid 20s. Might not sound like much but considering three weeks ago I was only riding a beach chair it's pretty good. I'm still sore from my bar only lifting session at the gym. Today I managed to put a little weight on the bar so I'm sure I'll be really sore tomorrow.
The guys at Fair wheel have been taking great care of my bike. I'm sure they hate to see me come in anytime close to closing time because they always end up staying late to help get me out of there.
Lost is back on with a two hour season refresher tonight and a brand new two hour episode tonight. That equates to about one hour of commercials and one hour of actual Lost.
I've been thinking about Sven Nys lately. The guy totally dominates cyclocross for years. Then, he decides to try mountain bike racing and does about six races and now he is beatable on any given day. I think that goes to show how much even a few races during the season takes out of you. Just imagine if he did an entire MTB season, he'd be lucky to get on the podium at fifty percent of the cross WCs. Just my two cents.
I also have a Facebook now but am a total amateur so if you want to link me up, send me a request.
I wonder if I'm going to have to shovel any snow this weekend......
